By using Renj (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). Renj is accessible without the need for account registration or login, allowing you to enjoy its features immediately upon opening the application.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or expand the Service features at any time without prior notice to provide you with an improved gift-giving experience. Any new features added to the Service will be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
As a user of Renj, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable rules and guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or distribute using Renj, including but not limited to the gift notes, cards, photos, and any other materials you upload or generate through the Service.
You agree not to use Renj to create or distribute content that is: illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, you will not use the Service to create content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
You acknowledge that Renj is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized in writing by Renj. Commercial use includes but is not limited to selling the AI-generated content, using the Service for business marketing purposes, or any other use that generates monetary gain without our permission.
You retain ownership of all personal content you create using Renj, including the gift notes, cards, and photos you customize through the Service. Renj does not claim ownership of your original content, but we may use anonymous, aggregated data from your usage to improve our AI algorithms and enhance the overall Service quality for all users.
By using Renj, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content you create (excluding personal photos) solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license will terminate once you stop using the Service and delete any content you have created.
We strive to make Renj available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Technical issues, maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary interruptions to the Service. Renj shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or unavailability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates this Agreement or engages in conduct that we believe harms the Renj community or our business interests, without prior notice.
Renj is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruptions. The AI-generated content is intended as a creative tool to assist you in crafting gift messages and should be reviewed and edited by you to ensure it aligns with your intended tone and message.
Renj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from incorrect AI-generated content, service interruptions, or loss of personal content.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or user feedback. When we make material changes to the Agreement, we will notify users through the application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Renj after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You may stop using Renj at any time for any reason. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
